Dr. Mawan Abed Al-Muhairi, a member of the Federal National Council of the UAE and a member of the WTO Parliamentary Conference Steering Committee, represented the Federation at the 'Artificial Intelligence and Trade' session. This event was held as part of the parliamentary conference accompanying the 14th Ministerial Conference of the WTO. The conference, themed 'The Reality of the Multilateral Trading System and Prospects for its Development', is taking place in the city of Yaounde, Cameroon. Dr. Al-Muhairi also participated in the preparatory meeting of the parliamentary conference's steering committee, organized by the European Parliament, the Inter-Parliamentary Union, and the Parliament of Cameroon in cooperation with the World Trade Organization. The agenda was reviewed during the meeting.
